You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your timislots account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. timislots will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact timislots support immediately at support@timislots.biz and change your password without delay.
Your responsibility: All activity that takes place on your timislots account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to timislots support prior to that activity occurring.
timislots may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC or NICOP, passport, or driver's licence. Verification documents must show your full name, date of birth, and photograph clearly. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the timeframe requested may have withdrawal access suspended pending document submission.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the timislots platform. This is a strict legal requirement. By creating an account on timislots you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you understand and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
Age Policy: timislots conducts age verification checks during registration and at withdrawal. Where underage use is suspected or confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned minus any withdrawals already made. timislots takes underage gambling extremely seriously.
timislots is operated for and primarily directed at players based in Pakistan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the timislots platform is lawful in your location. timislots does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted or prohibited by local law.
The following individuals are not permitted to open or use a timislots account: employees or contractors of timislots, immediate family members of timislots employees, individuals currently under a self-exclusion order from timislots, and anyone previously permanently banned from timislots for violations of these terms.

All deposits to timislots must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. timislots reserves the right to return deposits received from unverified or third-party sources and will not credit these to your account balance.
Withdrawals from timislots are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the timislots payments team. Standard verification of identity may be required before any withdrawal is processed. timislots does not charge withdrawal fees on PKR transactions to local Pakistani payment methods.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet cleared their wagering requirement are counted as bonus funds and are subject to the same restrictions. Real money deposited by the player is always available for withdrawal regardless of bonus status, subject only to standard identity verification procedures.
All accounts on timislots are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). timislots does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform any currency conversion. All game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are expressed and settled in PKR only.
Deposits and withdrawals on timislots are processed in PKR via all major Pakistani payment methods.
From time to time timislots offers bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers to players. The specific terms of each individual promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Unless a promotion page specifies otherwise, all bonuses awarded on timislots carry a standard wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of Rs 30,000. This amount must be wagered on eligible games before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Certain game types — including baccarat, roulette, and live dealer games — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) towards clearing a wagering requirement. Aviator and slot games typically contribute 100% unless specified otherwise on the promotion page.
Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the bonus system on timislots is a serious violation of these terms. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as betting both sides of an even-money game to near-zero net risk), coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, and using automated tools to participate in promotions. timislots reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings without notice where abuse is identified.
All bonuses on timislots carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. timislots does not extend bonus expiry dates as a standard practice.
All bets on timislots are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your selections before confirming. timislots does not accept requests to cancel bets once they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where timislots identifies a manifest error in the odds or market.
In the event that timislots publishes incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, timislots reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds and refund stakes to player accounts. A bet placed at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect relative to the true market price constitutes a manifest error. timislots will determine in good faith whether an error qualifies as manifest.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets on timislots. These limits are displayed within each market or game before you place your bet. timislots reserves the right to adjust betting limits for individual players, specific markets, or specific events at any time and without prior notice. This includes reducing limits for players identified as consistently exploiting value in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting.
A bet may be voided by timislots in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the specified period, insufficient data is available to determine the result, a market is suspended in error, or a manifest error in pricing is identified. Voided bets have their stake returned to the player's timislots balance in full.
Cricket & Football Bets: For PSL and international cricket markets, standard ICC rules apply. For football markets, bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless the market is specifically labelled "Including Extra Time" on timislots.
Each game available on timislots — including jackpot slots, live baccarat, virtual sports, and the Aviator game — operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. By placing a bet in any game on timislots you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules and agree to them.
All slot games on timislots use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited to confirm the published Return to Player (RTP) figures. Live dealer games are operated by accredited third-party studio providers with independently verified dealing procedures. Virtual sports results are generated by certified random systems before betting markets close. timislots does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings after games are made available to players.
If a technical disconnection occurs during a game round on timislots, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's record of the event at the point of disconnection. timislots is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet disconnections, device failures, or browser crashes. If a game fails to complete due to a server-side error on timislots infrastructure, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
timislots applies a maximum single-session payout cap on casino games unless otherwise specified for progressive jackpot games. The current maximum cash payout from a single game session on timislots is Rs 1,00,00,000 (one crore rupees) unless the game-specific rules for a progressive jackpot game specify a higher amount. jackpot prizes are paid in full with no session cap applied.
